Bill has enthusiasm for his work and is most concerned with his client's satisfaction. He took great care of the heirloom photo I took from my mother's desk (unbeknownst to her) and kindly returned it to me after scanning so I wouldn't worry. He then began the process of restoring the image and consulted with me until its completion.

My mother was thrilled to tears to receive the restored (and enlarged) photograph of her mother as a Mother's Day gift. She absolutely loved it and said it was "priceless". We are completely satisfied with Bill's work. It was a pleasure working with him on this surprise.
